After more than 15 years as a marketing and communication specialist, I decided to follow a lifelong passion for real estate and became a full-time real estate agent in 2008. My past professional experience in marketing and communications combined with a solid foundation in real estate has allowed me to offer my clients effective and innovative marketing plans and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. I also bring my clients the sharp negotiation skills, detail orientation, and business acumen of a successful small businessperson.
My goal is to ensure the greatest return on investment for each of my clients and to bring all the pieces of a sometimes very complex puzzle together to smooth the way for a seamless/stress-free transaction for everyone involved.
I have a BA in English and Journalism from Texas Christian University and have completed all coursework toward an MA in Communication. I worked in New York City, Australia and Vancouver, Canada in corporate communication and as communication consultant.
I love to travel and have lived in Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Canada. I live in Kailua with my husband and three active boys. I love walking the beach with my Border Collie (Maisie), paddling, reading, cooking, and watching my boys play sports. I recently resigned after several years as a board member of the Hawaii State Theatre Stars and I work often as a volunteer at my children's schools and on their sports teams. With Aloha..... Cyndia
